Ryan Xu joins the lab!

Ryan Xu joined the lab today as an Undergraduate Research Assistant. Ryan is a Junior at WashU majoring in Biology and minoring in Computer Science, with a focus in Microbiology. He has previous experience designing large-scale screens for identifying functional effector proteins encoded in the L. pneumophila genome. Ryan’s project in the lab will be focused on designing, purifying, and testing the activity of novel fusion proteins that will be used for advanced epigenome profiling techniques. Welcome Ryan!
