Welcome to the Meers Lab Demi Zhuang!
Demi Zhuang joins the lab today as an Undergraduate Research Assistant. Demi is a sophomore at WashU majoring in Biochemistry and Statistics, with a keen interest in gene regulation instilled by her previous experience curating disease-associated human genome datasets for computational approaches to detect variant function. Demi will study the relationship between DNA topology and nucleosome assembly with an eye towards developing tools to control chromatin landscapes in vivo. Welcome Demi!
